Is it possible to dodge Rico and Ruff's Mutations Basic Attack?!

Is it really really possible to try dodging Rico's and Ruff's mutations basic attack without fail...🤔 Well technically is way harder than it is. As open maps with mutation modifier on it, Rico and Ruff's basic projectile will bounce non stop which is somehow reminds me of playing a spaceshooter game. Not only that the attack will bounce on the wall which makes it harder for me to dodge.
