In this video, I take you through my outdoor gym and explain why I built it differently from a traditional gym. Every piece of equipment and every movement is chosen with one goal in mind: building a body that stays strong, mobile, resilient, and capable for decades. I cover why I train outdoors, why I don’t follow traditional bodybuilding routines, how I think about mobility and longevity, the tools I use most, and the movements that help me surf, sprint, climb, and stay human. The goal isn’t to build muscles that disappear when you stop training. The goal is to build a body that allows you to keep doing the things you love for the rest of your life. Let me know what your ideal gym looks like in the comments. --- --- --- If you can't get fresh heart & liver in your diet, try our 100% grass-fed desiccated beef organs at Heart & Soil: https://shop.heartandsoil.co/?utm_sou...
