Modernized 1970 United States Traction Elevators At 121 S Wilke Rd In Arlington Heights, IL

(04/10/2026) Here are some very uninteresting modernized elevators at an office complex in Arlington Heights. These are some old United States traction elevators from 1970 that were modernized by Liftomatic in the 1990s. They do not run that well, they are probably due for another mod. I did get to film the machine room and the machines were manufactured by Hollister Whitney with the United States Elevator Company engraving. The controllers are a jumbled up mess of pure crap. I don’t know what controllers they are, they might be early Elevator Controls but another part of me says Virginia Controls. Those are definitely not MCE controllers.
