Recette de Figolu maison (Biscuits fourrés aux figues) façon Lu - 750g

Nadia presents her recipe for homemade Figolu (Fig-filled biscuits), Lu style. The recipe 👇 Ingredients: For the dough: 250 g flour 125 g butter 90 g icing sugar 1 egg 3 pinches of baking powder 1 sachet of vanilla sugar For the filling: 250 g dried figs 4 tbsp water Preparation: Soak the dried figs for 30 minutes in a large pot of warm water. In a large bowl, place the softened butter, cut into small cubes. Add the icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat until the mixture becomes creamy. Add the egg and mix again. Sift the flour with the baking powder, then fold them into the creamy mixture. Shape the dough into a ball without overworking it. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. In a food processor, combine the drained figs and 4 tablespoons of water. Blend until you have a fig paste. On a floured work surface, roll out the shortcrust pastry to a thickness of 1 cm and cut into 10 cm wide strips. Place the fig paste on each strip of dough and fold the dough over on both sides to cover the fig paste. Seal the dough well. Cut each rectangle into 5 to 6 cm biscuits. Lightly flatten each biscuit with a fork or a skewer to leave striped indentations. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before enjoying. All recipes and tips at www.750g.com --------------- SHARE, COMMENT, AND LIKE THE VIDEO!
