About a year ago, we left the familiar chaos of Istanbul behind and settled in Fethiye. Looking back today, only one question keeps nagging at me: Did we come here too late, or was it just the right time? I think we came a little late... Hello everyone! In this video, I'm sharing a short mulberry picking session we had as a family, followed by a sweet therapy story that ended in the kitchen. As someone who has spent the last 30 years in the supermarket and market of metropolises, it's hard to describe in words what picking mulberries from a tree by the roadside felt like. I rediscovered that familiar scent from my childhood, from the garden of my grandfather's house in Zeytinburnu, in Fethiye. While the current generation lives far removed from these feelings amidst the gray buildings of metropolises, we question the two options presented to us: a shopping mall with a three-letter name, or a three-letter mulberry picked from the branch? Of course, life isn't all roses here either; we have our worries and sorrows too.
