Y'know, the one with the scarf who everyone over the age of 35 thinks of when Doctor Who is mentioned. (I think he's pretty much the only classic Doctor shown in the USA, thinking about it.) ANYWAY. His most famous foes are the Daleks, essentially horrible space maniacs in personal armoured vehicles that have a sink plunger for an arm. And back in 1997, you could buy one that contained an entire playset! Even though the Fourth Doctor hadn't been in the show since 1981! And the show had actually been cancelled 8 years prior! Further proof, if it be needed, that time means little to a Time Lord.
