This week's reading: Matthew 6: 23-34 When I find myself caught up in worry and anxiety I often come back to this passage. It’s like a hard reset for my soul. We can get lost wondering and questioning everything - asking how long or why….? But I am learning that I just have to keep my eyes fixed on Jesus and that as I desperately pursue His Kingdom (His will and way in my life and on the earth) and trust Him with the rest. I don’t have to know what comes next, I just need to know the Lord for today and trust that He will provide all that I need. Receive Him as your daily bread- it’s the only way. I still struggle regularly with fear, worry and anxiety- but when I slow down and centre myself back in worship I find a peace that truly passes my understanding. I hope that this session helps to lead you back to the Father who sees and knows your every need and who cares more about you than you will ever know. Be blessed friends! . . . .
