Baltimore City State's Attorney Ivan Bates spoke about his endorsement of Sheila Dixon for the next mayor of Baltimore. Bates told WBAL's T.J. Smith that he did not have anything negative against Mayor Brandon Scott but that they differed in opinion on philosophical views regarding public safety.
