Husqvarna Push Mower Surging Fix. Running Lean.

This mower was given to me. The owner lost the air filter assembly that attaches to the carb and it was running rough. After a tune up, the mower was running better, but, was surging when the choke was opened. This indicated a lean condition. Fuel delivery was not adequate. Let's dig in together and get it running again. I want to make this channel useful, informative, and maybe a little fun.
