Farming Prawns and Crayfish in Man Made Ponds (Antigua, Caribbean)

Here is a little video of the process of how my friend farms prawns and Crayfish here in #AntiguaandBarbuda. This is the footage of the first time he is harvesting, catching, as well as some stocking of the ponds. He got land from government close to a water source. Steps: Clear land, Dig Holes, Fill Holes with brackish water, stock ponds with hatchlings (imported from overseas), Feed Daily, Test Water Quality Weekly, Top up water when low, harvest in 3 to 6 months. He has 4 ponds stocked and has just made the move to fill and stock the remaining 4 ponds (8 Total). The bed of the ponds were not lined and the soil was very clayish so it retained the water well. My friend did have experience farming the crayfish at home in large containers for over 3 years and made the step to take it to the next level.
