Ingredients • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1 cup Greek yogurt • Salt, to taste • 1 tbsp baking powder • 1 egg (for egg wash) • Everything bagel seasoning Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and baking powder until a dough forms. 2. Roll the dough into ropes, then shape into bagels. 3. Brush the top of each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning. 4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes or until golden.
