Add a ladleful to a hot pan and spread out thinly almost like a crêpe. Fry on both sides on medium heat until golden brown. Serve with your favorite spread (works sweet or salty). Green goddess (kinda) dressing: -1/2 avocado -3 TBSP unsweetened vegan yogurt or quark -a bunch of fresh herbs (I used dill, parsley and cilantro) -juice of 1/2 lemon -salt and pepper to taste -1 clove garlic -optionally: a pinch of sugar Blend until smooth. Mix with finely chopped veggies and enjoy with nachos. Potato plate: -3 medium potatoes Peel and boil for 7mins. Cut in slices, mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice. Air fry at 200C/400F for 15-20mins. -100g firm tofu Tear in chunks. -2 TSP sweet soy sauce -1 TSP Mayas magic allrounder or curry powder -salt to taste Mix and air fry at 200C/400F for 8mins. -some broccoli, blanched for 4mins -a handful chopped mint -salt -1 TBSP lemon juice Mix. Serve everything with leftover green goddess dressing. Much love Maya :)
