Friday Glutes Day w/ Faffi 🍑🔥 It’s FRIDAYYY 😂💕 I used to count down for Fridays at my 9–5… now I work for myself and don’t even know what day it is 🥸 Freedom hits different when you’re the boss 😅 But one thing’s always on schedule: GLUTES DAY 🍑 Save this & TRY IT 😈👇 Warm-Up (2x)     •    Outer Thigh Machine – 60 reps (just to get blood in, full range) ⸻ Working Sets Superset (2x Heavy)     •    Outer Thigh – 30 / 30     •    Assisted Pull-Up (Glute Focus) – Max reps 👉 Stretch UP, squeeze DOWN. Constant tension. ⸻ Drop Set – Outer Thigh (Start HEAVY)     •    10 / 12 / 15 / 15 / 20 reps ⸻ Glute Isolation     •    Cable Kickbacks – 4×15 / 12 / 12 / 12 (You Can do one leg at a time — protect your lower back.) ⸻ Compound Burners     •    Bulgarian Split Squats (Smith Machine) – 4×15 / 12 / 10 / 8 (+ Optional 2 heavy sets of 8/8)     •    Hip Extension on Hack Squat – 4×12     •    Sumo Squat on Hack Squat – 4×12 ⸻ FINISHER (MANDATORY – I didn’t have time but YOU must) Superset (5x)     •    Calves – 20–30 reps     •    Abs – 20 reps ⸻ 💥 Glutes on FIRE FRIDAY!
