Classic Lionel 675 Locomotive Revival
Hi folks, welcome to MTS. This video is a revival of a classic Lionel 675 steam locomotive. I will go over some references used, then we’ll tear down, replace some brushes and a headlight assembly. The smoke pot was severely caked in old smoke pellet residue. Also, upgraded the heating element. I had to put that on another video due to the duration. Finally, put it back together to run on the layout. Just a testament to quality of Lionel Trains in the late 40’s and 50’s! Thanks for watching and I’ll see you down the line!
