Cost of living at winter: inside the UK’s warm banks

Between the cold weather, a cost of living crisis and soaring energy bills - this winter is forcing families to make tough choices and sacrifices. But some communities have created safe spaces for vulnerable people this winter - these are Britain’s warm banks. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe) The UK economy is in recession and bills for every household across the country are soaring. Leaving many unable to afford to heat their homes properly. It’s estimated more than 8 million people will be in fuel poverty by April 2023, and many are choosing between buying presents for their families or heating their homes this Christmas.
