One day Lou Pacheco and his buddy were fishing on Maui. His friend bet him $100 that he couldn't replicate the magic lure they were using that day. Lou came back two weeks later with a spot on replica that even his buddy couldn't believe. He happily took his $100 and has spent the last 50 years making lures for a living. Lou loves designing lures, fishing, talking about fishing techniques and telling stories about his fishing experiences. You could say he is passionate about his work but that would be a huge understatement. He is proud of his work and the different lures he has produced over his five decades of experience. If it were up to him he would work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week but his wife also likes to spend time with him too.
