David’s CAR T-cell Therapy Experience
After receiving a follicular lymphoma diagnosis, David, a husband, father, and practicing attorney for over 40 years, underwent radiation and chemotherapy treatment. His cancer went into remission initially, but then returned as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. David went on to receive a stem cell transplant, but the cancer did not respond to treatment. With the support of his doctor, David was thrilled to be a candidate for CAR T-cell therapy. “I don’t have time to look back and I don’t have time to be scared because I love what I do too much.
