Pantera - Floods (Bass Cover)

Its kinda hard to tell extactly what Rex does during the breakdowns, even with the original bass stem. I tried to see what he did when I saw them live, and tried looking at as many live videos as I could but still am not sure. Also a few little hiccups during the solo but I think its pretty damn good. Not too happy with the tone, though. Rex has a very specific tone, I didnt manage to quite get it with this one. See below for the settings I had. For the clean/verse tone, in this order: Me: New strings of course, I dont remember what my pickups were set to, recorded this video so long ago. For the angry/solo tone: Same compressor settings as above Overdrive: https://www.tseaudio.com/software/tseBOD Level at 2 o'clock. Drive at 2 o'clock. Only a tiny bit of blend (wet).
