Tent, Mat, Snacks, Camping Chairs, Cooler, Aqua Shoes If you're visiting with children, be sure to bring sand toys and a bucket to catch crabs! ② Our family brought a one-touch tent, which was free to set up in June. We set it up right in front of the beach, making it incredibly convenient and fun. ※ Tents only charge a 10,000 won setup fee during peak season, but they were free in June! ③ You should check the tide table before using the West Sea. (Refer to the Sea Time website!) For reference, we arrived around 11:00 AM in June, but the tide was out and we were on the mudflats. The tide slowly came in around 3-4:00 PM! ※ We enjoyed playing in the mudflats and swimming in the shallow waters around 3:00 PM. ④ Hanagae Beach has a free footwashing area near the beach entrance. ※ Showers are also available for 2,000 won! ⑤ We highly recommend checking out the marine tourism trail featured in 6 O'Clock My Hometown.
