11 Cómo reparar y limpiar la bomba del combustible en HONDA VARADERO 1000 ahorrándote 600 euros 2/2

This is the eleventh video of a set of videos on the complete assembly from scratch and maintenance and repair operations of the legendary Honda Varadero XL1.000-V MAXI-TRAIL motorcycle. In this specific case it is the "injection" (2nd generation from 2003 to 2007). In this video, which is the second of two about repairing the fuel pump on this motorcycle, I show you step by step how to remove the fuel pump, completely disassemble it, clean it and replace its internal motor. In the official house, this fuel pump does not have an exploded view, so if it breaks down, you have to buy it complete and it costs around €700. In the vast majority of cases, when there is a fault in this fuel pump, it is due to accumulation of dirt, filter obstruction or, as is the case in this video, due to a fault in the internal electric pump it carries. This internal electric pump can be obtained for around 30 euros, so if you follow the steps in this video and do it yourself, you can save more than 700 euros to solve the problem. Soon I will be publishing a large number of videos about this motorcycle with more than 90 horsepower (92.53 CV, 67.5 KW) 2 cylinders in V with 4 valves per cylinder, double overhead camshafts per cylinder (DOHC), 6 speeds , double radiator, injection, and a weight of 235 Kgr.
