Star Wars - Episode III: Revenge of the Sith novelization review

I very much enjoyed rereading Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. It is my favorite of the prequel novelizations, perhaps because it adds so much to the film. Besides the deleted scenes (which the other two novelizations also had), we get so much insight into the characters, especially Anakin. Watching the movie sometimes, I get whiplash as he goes from rash decision to rash decision, but Stover shows the reader what a troubled young man he is, and how much he won’t come to the Jedi Council for help. I wish that Obi-Wan could have been there for him while he was suffering through this, but then we would have had a very different outcome! I do think that some bits could have been beefed out a little more, but on the whole I 100% recommend the novelization to anyone wanting more insight into the film’s story.
