Nathanaël Maury embarks on the Timbiki River, in Colombia, a country recognized as the richest in the world in terms of biodiversity per square kilometer, there are more than 1,400 species of reptiles and amphibians, including more than 500 species endemic. He leaves to explore various biotopes which contribute to this incredible wealth. Its first objective is to locate the Phyllobates terribilis, which does not bear its name by chance since it is the most toxic frog in the world. He will then continue his journey in search of other species of amphibians and reptiles, each more astonishing than the last, with the hope of perhaps coming across one of the largest viperids in the world.
