CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Police arrest teen driver after he allegedly fled from traffic stop on mini-bike

Michigan State Police arrested a teenager that was driving a motorized mini-bike after he allegedly fled a traffic stop. Police say they attempted to stop the driver who was operating on the sidewalk near Court St. and Webster St. on July 1. The driver did not comply with a traffic stop and allegedly fled. Police did not initiate a pursuit after the driver, but MSP Aviation followed the mini-bike from the air. The juvenile driver was taken into custody after police say a short foot chase occurred near the 1800 block of Carolina St. He was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment not related to this incident.
