This is not great for the price but at least it has 18 watt charging and a Quick charge 5v/9v/12v 18 watt USB output. as a jump starter it just directly connects a 4s 14.4v 4500 mAh flat pack Lithium Polymer battery directly to the jumper terminals and it really can only help a slow to turn over car versus starting a car with a completely drained battery. it does balance charge the 4s battery which was nice to see as I to take it apart partially at the end of the video.
