How to Make a MANDALORIAN Helmet - Step by Step

This video is a full in depth instructional for how to make a mandalorian helmet for cheap start to finish. This helmet is the look from the Star Wars Mandalorian show on Disney Plus. In this video I show you how to 3D Print your Mandalorian Helmet using PLA Pro filament and Ultimaker Cura on the Creality CR-10. After that we talk about finishing the surface of the 3d print using a sander, sanding twigs, bondo glazing and spot putty, filler primer, and plastic welding with a soldering iron. We then get a look at how to prime and paint the helmet. We do some weathering on the prop as well, and finally we make the mandalorian visor out of flexible acrylic sheeting and automotive window tint. I secure the visor in with rugged velcro.
