2005-2010 4.6L Mustang GT timing chain oil pump replacement

How to replace timing chains, and an oil pump on a Ford Mustang GT. This car had 4 VCT related codes, and a nasty rattle, and misfire. p0012, p0022, p0340, and a p0345. I tried to remedy this without doing an engine teardown, or replacing the engine, and I would hardly call it a fix. Also used an EngineTech timing chain set, that I would hardly call a direct fit.
