Acroyoga Tutorial: Foot to Hand | Acro Yoga Lv. 3
Watch this video and learn how to enter and hold the Foot to Hand position in acroyoga. We also show you how to elegantly and safely exit the Foot to Hand. We start by showing you a pre-exercises for the flyer and for the base. This will help you in nailing that goal pose and teach you what are the muscle groups you should be activating, giving you the feeling for the pose before even entering it. In that way you can safely prepare your body, communicate with your partner what you need, and build the confidence for the successful progression to the final pose. Level 3 means: Previous Acroyoga knowledge is crucial. Therefore check out our classes: Acro for Smarties. We also have Level 1, Acro for Dummies series!
