In the mid-to-late 1980s, I spent a lot of my time running (jogging) and riding my bicycle around Houston, Texas, where I lived at the time. I always wore a set of headphones attached to a small cassette player and, at any given time, you could find me listening to the classic rock bands of the previous decade. I graduated from high school in 1973, and my young adult years were filled with the rock music of the Seventies. This song recalls my memory of those years of being lost in the music.
