Some days I walk quickly because my mind is full. Other days I slow down, let my thoughts become quiet, and simply notice the little things around me—the trees, birds, flowers, insects, changing skies, and all the small signs of life that are easy to miss. I’ve realised that slow living isn’t about walking slowly all the time. It’s about giving ourselves permission to pause, be present, and appreciate the ordinary moments that often bring the greatest peace. Along the way, I’m also sharing my daily routines, simple meals, little treats, and snippets of everyday life in Singapore.
