How to fix blowing cabin fan and the controler (FSU) of BMW E9x / E6x

I didn't show how to disassemble the fan from the car ,because there have a many videos how to do it, but I do not find anywhere video how to fix the problem. Its only videos which show you how to replace it with new one. About the FSU ( the controler, Blower Resistor ) if you have no soldering skills, better just give the controler to some electronic service (example for the TVs or PCs) and told them that you would like from them to replace the electrolytic capacitors, resoldering the transistors + pins for connectors for the cables and to replace the thermal pad.
