Sailing South: Dover, Storms and the Bay of Biscay

This time on Distant Shores, we complete warranty work on our Enksail Orion 49 aluminum sailboat and begin a voyage south from the Netherlands. We take refuge from a major storm in the UK in the port of Dover, and explore the historic castle and fortress before sailing west to Falmouth to prepare for a crossing of the Bay of Biscay.
