Classic TV Theme: The Invaders Upgraded +Extras!
'A Quinn Martin Production' but a little out of his wheelhouse which was primarily cops and detectives. Still this 1967 sci-fi series made it through two seasons and provided some thrills coupled with a bit of good old fashioned paranoia. Dominic Frontiere ('The Outer Limits') composed the main title music which gets talked over a lot by Dick Wesson and William Woodson (we have an extra to deal with that). The end credits music was created by a producer who cut and pasted portions of Frontiere's score together. Frontiere did write a closing theme but the producers turned it down as too rhapsodic.
