Gorgeous Scrap Made into Indigo Fabric Basket, Textile Art, Embellishing Fabric #scrapfabricprojects

Please join me as I continue my exploration with my Janome FM 725. This swatch is 13 by 15 inches. I am using a mid weight denim with no stabilizer as my foundation fabric. In this video I am working with my a bundle of solids from Cherrywood Fabrics. These fabrics are hand dyed and 100% cotton. This color way is Indigo. I embellish my fabric and then I take the peice to my sewing machine and do free motion embroidery on top of the tulle. I am photographing each fabric swatch for future projects. When all of this is finished I show how I make my adorable and easy fiber basket. This is so much fun and very relaxing.
