My full UKG & bass music set at Beats for Love 2026 | Freedom Stage | Ostrava, Czech Republic. One hour. Nothing but the music I truly love. No skips, just UKG & bass music bangers I genuinely wanted to share with you. My personal blog: Coming back to Dolní Vítkovice for another edition of Beats for Love always feels special. It's my hometown electronic music festival, and I couldn't be happier to be back on Freedom Stage. What I love about Freedom Stage is just the philosophy behind it. It's one of the few places where DJs are encouraged to play what they truly believe in instead of what people expect. That freedom is something I genuinely appreciate. Throughout the year I mainly play weddings, private parties and corporate events. I love doing that, but naturally those events are all about the audience and their musical preferences. Freedom Stage is different. For one hour I get to forget about trends, expectations and safe choices, and simply play the music that made me fall in love with DJing in the first place. This year I decided to lean into that feeling even more. The set is packed with UKG, bass music and tracks that have inspired me over the past months. No filler. The first day of the festival didn't exactly start as planned. Shortly after the gates opened, a massive storm flooded parts of the venue and some artists lost the opportunity to perform. One of those artists was my friend Djeda Lebeda. Originally I was scheduled to play for 90 minutes, but we agreed that I would give him the first 30 minutes of my time slot so he could still perform. My set therefore ended up being one hour instead of ninety minutes. Opportunities like this don't come around often for local DJs, and I know exactly how much it means to stand behind those decks. Seeing him get his chance made sacrificing part of my own set absolutely worth it. Another personal milestone happened during this festival. I celebrated exactly one year alcohol free here. I'm not sharing this because I want praise. It's simply something I'm proud of, and it made this year's Beats for Love feel even more memorable. If you noticed the little "still choosing water." moment in the intro, now you know why. This was also the first time I played an evening slot at Beats for Love. In previous years I always opened the stage early, so performing in evening hours was an incredible experience. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, danced, smiled or simply shared the moment with me. Huge thanks to ‪@beats_for_love‬ and and the Freedom Stage crew for the trust and amazing atmosphere.
