Oliwa Park Walking Tour 🇵🇱 | Gdańsk’s Most Beautiful Garden, Palace & Cathedral Views

Oliwa Park in Gdańsk is one of the city’s most beautiful historic green spaces. Its roots go back to the 12th and 13th centuries, when the Cistercian monastery garden was created in Oliwa. Over time, this quiet monastery area became an elegant palace garden, shaped especially by the last abbots of Oliwa. The Abbots’ Palace has origins in the 15th century, with later additions from the 17th century and major changes in the 18th century. Today, the palace is connected with the National Museum in Gdańsk and adds a historic atmosphere to the park.
