While traveling in a camper van, we connected one by one, and last year, we met the Du-eok-sin-i couple. While we were each continuing our respective journeys, we heard some news we didn't want to hear, and found it incredibly hard to believe. Du-eok-sin-i's boat had run aground. Fortunately, no one on board was injured, which was incredibly fortunate. However, with the subsequent hustle and bustle of recovering the boat, I know it's not an easy time for Du-eok-sin-i and Sophie. However, I've seen Du-eok-sin-i and Sophie as strong-willed individuals, and I trust they'll overcome this and build on their strengths, each step of the way. While uploading videos during this trip, I've often felt that when life feels a little sluggish or even sinking, having someone believe in you can be incredibly empowering.
