This workout is carefully crafted to give you a challenging yet achievable routine that combines both CARDIO (JUMMPING JACKS/LOW JACKS) & STRENGTH EXERCISES. By using a mix of JUMPING JACKS/LOW JACKS & DUMBBELL EXERCISES, you'll engage all the major muscle groups in your upper body, resulting in a shredded and toned physique. I recommend using a pair of 5 kg dumbbells, BUT also have a lighter set of dumbbells close by. Make sure to adjust the weights to your fitness level. Achieving a slim and toned physique requires two essential elements: creating a calorie deficit & regularly working the muscles.
