It's located directly next to Riverwood, it's adoption-friendly, has 2 smithing suites, all crafting stations (besides disenchanter and spider), a change appearance mirror, grain mill, a mine with every type of ore vein, named storage, a teleport spell, fish hatchery, a large, secret room for special items, and an auto-sorting chest. Oh yeah... There is also another mod that connects the special item storage of this mod to Legacy of the Dragonborn, so if you place an item in the museum, it duplicates the item in the display in your home's special room...There's a lot to love about this home!
