COMO FAZER CANJICA DE MILHO VERDE TRADICIONAL

Hi everyone, how are you all doing? I hope you're well… today we're going to show you how to make a Northeastern Brazilian sweet corn pudding. In this recipe we use: Sweet corn Coconut milk Margarine Salt and sugar Approximately 12 ears of very ripe corn One measure of corn and 3 of water Blend everything, strain it, add sugar to taste (for 1 cup of sugar) and half a teaspoon of salt 3 tablespoons of good quality margarine (I used Qualy) Milk from 1 fresh coconut (approximately 1 cup of strong coconut milk). Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it becomes thick and smooth. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about half an hour, stirring constantly.
