Grave Marker Construction
This video describes a method for the construction of grave markers. Presently there are about 20 of these markers in use. All are in cemeteries that are no longer active. The cost of materials for the large marker is between $20 and $25 US. The oldest have been in service for 2 year with no visible indication of wear. I would guess they have a readable life expectancy of 100 years. This video demonstrates editing text with Cut2D, generating G-Code, CNC routing with a CNC6040 Router, Mach3 CNC software, melting furnace, pouring aluminum, use of concrete dye, and casting concrete.
