Rwanda's Env. Minister & H.E. Desalegn Launch Tree Planting in Kigali under SUNCASA Project

Arcos4nature, together with partners, @worldresources, @ywprwanda, and @avegaagahozo, successfully launched a major tree planting effort in Kigali through the SUNCASA Project. The event drew high-profile guests, including the Minister of Environment, the Lord Mayor of Kigali, and H.E. Dr Hailemariam Desalegn (former Ethiopian Prime Minister and AGRA Chairman), who was visiting Rwanda for the 6th World Agroforestry Congress 2025. Hundreds of community members joined in, planting 2,000 diverse native trees at the main Nyarutarama site.
