Camping at Lake Jennings Pt 1 HD 1080p

Come join us at Lake Jennings this time around. Nestled just 23 miles east of the City of San Diego is Lake Jennings, which has 91 camp sites and 5 Tipi sites. The lake has trout, bass, catfish, and your typical panfish for those looking to fish. The camp ground was very well kept and beautiful. The bathrooms were clean and includes hot water showers. There is no convenience store but you can order basically all the essentials from the Camp Kiosk and they will deliver your order to your site. FOOD & DRINK HIGHLIGHTS: 1. Grilled Caesar Salad. Make sure to toast your pine nuts and add some caramelized onion, that makes quite a difference with added flavor layers. 2. Kiawe Wood Grilled Bone-In Pork Chops & Ribeye Steaks. The Hawaiian Kiawe wood is a slightly sweeter Hawaiian mesquite and is a different species the the mesquite in the western United States. Kiawe brings the flavors of the tropical islands and infuses it onto your grilled meats. Our pork chops were brined 24 hours with an apple cider brine. Our Kiawe wood was brought back from the island of Oahu, but you can also order it online. 3. The Mojitos were quite the thirst quencher on sunny days! It's made with light rum, muddled mint leaves, lime juice, sugar, and soda water. MUSIC HIGHLIGHT: 1. The opening theme song is 'Out Far' by talented musician, Chad Nishioka. This is our favorite song from his album 'Together Apart' and fit with the feels perfectly.
