I'll use fabric dye on one shirt and Acrilex fabric paint on the other. After I've tied the shirts in a spiral, I'll wash both to test the dye's hold after washing. How do I make spiral tie dye with Acrilex fabric paint? In this video, you'll learn how to make spiral tie dye using Acrilex fabric paint and how to prepare the shirt before starting the dyeing process. You'll also learn how to dilute Acrilex dye with alcohol to make tie dye, and after dyeing the shirt, I'll wash it to release the dye's hold. How do I make spiral tie dye with Acrilex fabric paint? To make spiral tie dye with fabric dye, I diluted the powder in hot water in tubes and spread the liquid on the shirt. After dyeing, I let the shirt rest for 24 hours and the next day I gave it a bath using Fixacor dye fixative. After a day of resting, the spiral tie dye shirt was ready.
