3 Days Skiing Newfoundland’s Tablelands

Adventures with Cole Ep. 21, Part 2 Skiing Newfoundland's Tablelands from an Off-Grid Cabin We continue our ski adventure in the Tablelands of Gros Morne National Park on the west coast of Newfoundland. After arriving back at our off-grid cabin, we spent some time sliding near the cabin—simple, but a lot of fun. Before long, it was time for supper. We cooked, relaxed, played a few games of cards, and called it a night. Day 3—our final day—started with breakfast and packing up. On the way out, we took a detour to a lookout we had been wanting to check out. The climb was steep and a bit sketchy in spots, but the views at the top made it worth it. From there, we took in the unique landscape of the Tablelands and the surrounding area. After soaking it all in, we headed back down and skied the final 4 km to the cars, wrapping up our 3-day journey in the Tablelands.
