I Made a GIANT American Flag Fruit Pizza… and It Disappeared Fast!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day & 4th of July Tradition ❤️🤍💙 One of our favorite family traditions is homemade fruit pizza! 🍓🫐 My kids absolutely LOVE it, and it’s honestly so easy to make. This year Hailey suggested making it into an American flag, so I switched from my usual round pizza pan to a cookie sheet—and it turned out super cute! ✨ Fruit Pizza Crust Recipe: • 1½ cups white sugar • 2 sticks softened butter • 4 tsp vanilla • 2 large eggs Mix together until smooth. In a separate bowl whisk: • 3 cups flour • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp baking powder Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix again. The dough will be soft like sugar cookie dough. Preheat oven to 375°F and press dough evenly onto an ungreased cookie sheet (leave a little edge for the crust). Bake about 20 minutes, checking often—you want it lightly baked, not browned. Let cool completely. ✨ Cream Cheese Frosting: • 1 block softened cream cheese • 1 stick softened butter • 4 tsp vanilla • 3 cups powdered sugar Mix cream cheese, butter, and vanilla first, then add powdered sugar. If needed, add a tiny splash of milk or extra vanilla. Spread a thin layer over the cooled crust and decorate with your favorite fruit! I used strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries for patriotic colors ❤️🤍💙 The next day? Completely gone 😆 My family devoured it! We also brought back one of our favorite Memorial Day traditions—bonfire night with s’mores and brats, then canoeing the next day followed by ice cream 🍦 It was such a sweet weekend making memories together.
