In this video I comment about the BMW codes 2EAA and 2EA9 Exhaust Turbocharger Coolant Pump - In summary it all happens because people DO NOT BLEED their coolant system properly and the pump runs dry. Learn about the 2 coolant systems in your S63 or N63 engines If you are doing any repairs to you coolant system, make sure you PROPERLY bleed the system / VACCUM fill it with coolant according to BMW specs - Even a GENUINE BMW pump will burn out pretty quickly if it has air pockets in the system.
