Ab, abs and abs! This is my 12 minute ab workout that I do for almost 5 years. It is super effective to let your abs burn and get those line abs or six pack in no time. Although most of my workouts have no repeats, this one has. But because I find this workout so good myself, I just want to share it with everyone 😀 (Don't like repeats, check my channel for my other abs workouts) The workout consists of two part and each part has two cycles. In between you can do a plank or rest.
