Too many people assume that when something goes wrong on a building site, it’s because the builder went for “cheap labor.” But that is far from the truth. I speak frankly about the struggles we face — the lack of care, professionalism, and pride in work that often leads to costly mistakes. But I also challenge all of us as builders and homeowners to demand better… and pay for better. And to my artisans: Please rise. Improve. Challenge yourselves. Take pride in your craft.
