Lake Titicaca, Uros Islands, Taquile Island - Peru and Bolivia Trip This morning we went to the port of Puno and boarded a motorboat to sail across Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. We first explored the artificial floating Uros islands and then went to Taquile Island, where we were hosted for lunch by a family who lives there.
