Sportster Bobber - Joe Hunt Magneto, Led Sled Kicker, Paughco Single Downtube Frame

Final wrap-up video from my Sportster bobber project. Started with a 1997 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200. Pulled the motor and transmission and installed them in a Paughco SLP120 frame. One important note: The stock voltage regulator that I talk about in this video ended up failing. Deleted the starter motor, stock wiring harness, battery, etc. Retained the stock alternator and voltage regulator to power the headlight, taillight, etc. Chain final drive conversion from Lowbrow Customs. Forward controls from TC Bros. Biltwell Whiskey single cable throttle. Moto Iron handlebar controls from TC Bros. Moto Iron front springer brake from TC Bros. Stock rear brake with modified stock bracket. Goodridge brake lines. Led Sled Customs rear master cylinder relocation kit. Led Sled Customs rear Mohawk fender, chopped. Let Sled Customs kick stand. Rich Phillips seat from TC Bros. Drag Specialties speedometer. Custom fabricated stainless exhaust with Khrome Werks baffles. Also custom fabricated the upper motor mount, spacers for the front motor mount, rear fender mount, cover plate for deleted starter motor mount hole, and the voltage regulator mount.
